ABOUT FORGEDHP

A human performance company committed to forging mentally and physically stronger men and women. 

I'm Matt Virnau, a special operations veteran of 10 years and the founder of Forged Human Performance. The lessons I learned in resilience and strength throughout my career paved the way for the establishment of ForgedHP. Here, we embrace the philosophy that, like steel forged in fire, each individual has the potential to be transformed into something stronger and more resilient.

At ForgedHP, we are dedicated to empowering the everyday hero within you through our four pillars of human performance: Fitness, Nutrition, Mindset, and Recovery. In the demanding world of special operations, I learned firsthand the power of a positive mindset, the necessity of relentless physical conditioning, the importance of nutrition, and the often overlooked but critical need for recovery. These experiences showed me how individuals can evolve beyond their perceived limits when properly nurtured.
